Great coaching is transformational for the individual as well as their organisation. We provide a range of executive coaching services that can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and the individual in question.
Critical incident coaching – working on a one to one basis through real-life work problems to develop new skills, behaviours and habits to facilitate sustainable change, increased self confidence and more effective future approaches to critical incidents.
Emerging/ evolving leader coaching – supporting individuals on a one to one basis in becoming a leader, creating impact within their team and organisation and preparing through their current role, for their next career steps.
Life coaching – working on a one to one basis on issues such as work-life balance, career choices or other obstacles which may be be preventing the individual from reaching for their potential.
Driven by the client’s agenda, our career coaching is focused on achieving clarity around the next steps for that individual and how to achieve those steps. This may be improving internal promotion prospects, exploring external career options, making a career change, managing risks such as redundancy or achieving greater work life balance.
We offer additional services alongside career coaching to support the client in their journey; CV writing, interview skills training and mock interviews.
