    My coaching practice
    I work with men and women suffering from high stress, anxiety and/or functioning depression in their daily lives and help them manage and control these aspects of their mental health through the development of a physical health routine rather than strictly medication alone. Because our mental health is so connected to our physical health, establishing a healthy lifestyle and being intentional about things like food choices, sleep habits, exercise routines, spiritual and intrapersonal communication techniques is a guaranteed approach to truly owning your stress, anxiety & depression and managing it for life.
    Professional / Life experience
    I have worked as a personal trainer in gyms for the past 5 years as well as conducted independent online fitness training. I’m a former 5th grade teacher and originally worked with teenage girls around issues of social media, body image and bullying, but discovered a greater passion for reaching more people like myself– a female who previously struggled with stress and depression but found health as a tool to manage and control both of these.
    My clients
    My clients all express a desire to find natural, sustainable ways to manage their stress, anxiety or depression without relying solely on medication (or are trying to eradicate medication completely.) They’re ready to take action and understand that the change begins with their choices and willingness to try new things, as well as their patience with the process and with themselves. My most successful clients ask questions and seek to genuinely understand their bodies and their minds to create lasting changes beyond just our time together.
