    I specialize in providing psychology and mindfulness centric well-being solutions to help individuals alleviate stress & anxiety, manage lifestyle conditions and improve work-life balance. I believe well-being isn’t a nice to have, it a must have. Stress, anxiety and lifestyle conditions impact not only our physical body but also our mental and emotional balance significantly. Making well-being a priority ensures a balanced stress-free life despite the everyday challenges we face. I’m committed to helping individuals embrace well-being in each and every aspect of their lives and become the best versions of themselves. Success at the cost of our health and happiness isn’t worth it and can be damaging. I work with my clients to help them uncover and chart their own well-being vision and journey and achieve sustainable lifestyle and behavioural change.
    Professional / Life experience
    I am an accomplished sales and business development professional with over 9 years of experience with leading tech firms like IBM and Oracle. A personal breakdown led to a life-changing breakthrough- my wellness transformation! As I embraced the benefits of well-being techniques like yoga, meditation and breathing, I discovered my life purpose in promoting wellness to help individuals live a life of happiness and balance. Today I am a trained meditation instructor with the Art of living Foundation and ICHWC certified well-being coach. Since the past 3 years, I have led several stress management and well-being workshops for individuals and corporates across India and Canada.
    My clients
    My ideal clients are young professionals in the age group of 20-45 looking for coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety, stress and lifestyle conditions. Having been through a wellness transformation in my 20’s, I can relate to the challenges my clients face in creating a life of balance in stressful environments. I am known for creating a safe non-judgemental space that allows my clients to explore obstacles, set goals and achieve their wellness vision.
