    We all lead intermingled, messy lives and get stuck from time to time. Whether I was supporting birthing women and families as a birth coach/doula, or adults and teens as they sought a life free from the chains of limiting beliefs, depleted energy, unhealthy habits, and unrealized potential, I noticed a common theme: that listening with an open heart, curious mind, and effective strategies paves the way to meaningful growth. Owning your process by getting back into the driver’s seat of your life, with an experienced and trusted partner by your side, will move you in the direction of the life you deserve. Goals that don’t represent our values are often unsustainable and unfulfilling. So, I invite you to spend time on identifying your values first. Only then can you map out goals and action steps that line up with who you are and what you want.     My clients
    I encouraged a 53 year old, newly divorced teacher to reclaim classroom confidence by reducing isolation and self-judgment and increasing self-compassion and shared vulnerability. I coached a health provider to explore the root causes of her career inertia and procrastination tendencies, and brainstorm fresh ideas for her next chapter. I assisted a military veteran work through a marital separation in ways that minimized fear, enhanced listening and wholehearted thinking, and honored his commitment to his children and to his marriage. I guided a student entrepreneur to minimize distractions for better focus, assess and redirect anxious energy via mindset practices, find his voice, and pursue a vocation that suited his skills and passion. I supported a devoted new mother to rebalance career goals with home priorities, identify her energy investments and barriers, clarify family and relationship goals including enhanced communication, begin training for a sprint triathlon, and develop a reasonable self-care plan she could sustain over time.
