He spent 25 years with a fortune 200 corporation in multiple roles form individual contributor to Managing teams locally, nationally and internationally. Mike has coached leaders in a wide variety of industries, including government agencies, automotive industry, manufacturing and Human Resources. His knowledge and abilities help those he coaches to reach their professional goals, executing business initiatives; assisting organizations identify key contributing talent.
Mike is viewed as an individual who motivates and inspires with objectivity, while driving accountability. He excels at helping each person he coaches define and leverage their unique abilities. He facilitates his clients to explore their talents, achieve their goals and raise their performance bar. He has coached a range of professionals from those just entering the workforce to C-level executives. Mike has successfully coached leaders to gain focus and confidence in their contributions at companies such as Automatic Data Processing, CDK Global, Bonneville Power Administration, The Department of Interior, Wacom and others.
Business and Organizational Leadership Experience
Mike spent 28 years at ADP where he held multiple leadership positions. As National Technical Support Manager, Mike developed and implemented a training and mentoring program that was used national to reduce training time and increase productivity. As National Training Manager, Mike developed and install a training development policy and in his role as the Training Manager, he designed program deliverables and change initiatives, which became a path that led to partnership of new business outcomes. He also successfully assisted in the design and roll out of an internal coaching program used nationally within ADP.
Mikes serves on the leadership team of the local International Coach Federation and is a Global member of the ICF.
